DTB Construction, Inc. offers quality constructed homes for today's families. Owner David Bunney, has been in the construction industry since 1995 and founded DTB Construction in 1999. David has built hundreds of beautiful homes in Gibson and Madison County Tennessee. He personally supervises all construction to ensure that each home is built with the highest quality of standards according to DTB. It is no surprise seeing David in the subdivision working with subcontractors. Along with having a residential general contractors license, he has a master plumbers and master gas contractors license. With his knowledge and expertise, he is unsurpassed in today's building industry. DTB Construction's goals are to build homes using the highest quality of materials and offer standard features most builders consider upgrades.

There are 15 different floor plans which adds character to the subdivision, preventing homes from looking the same. This allows home buyers to truly make a "HOUSE" become their "HOME".
